σεβοῦς μητ(ρὸς) Τάμιτος,
ἐτελεύτησεν ὑπὸ σκορπίου
ἐν τῇ Νήσῳ Ἀπολιναριάδος.

Translation:

Apollonios, son of Eusebios. His mother is Tamis. He died for a scorpion (bite) in the island of Apolinaris.
